Booktalk:
Alex, Nakia, Kate and the rest of the International Geographic team were ready to return via airplane from a relaxing elephant caravan in Africa when the Catholic missionary showed up. He was desperate to find some colleagues deeper in the jungle who had disappeared mysteriously. As Angie, the pilot of the plane that the team was using, had the only available transportation, he convinced her and the team to assist him in his search.
However, once they arrived at the area, the only landing strip was a small beach area by a river. Running low on fuel, Angie is forced to land anyway. The propeller is damaged and the team is left without a method of transportation. But, they convince a clan of Pygmies to take them to the village where the missing missionaries were last reported only to find that it is being run by a King, Warlord and Sorcerer who breed corruption, slavery and poaching to subjugate both the Pygmies and the other native tribe.
Can Jaguar and Eagle (the totemic animal spirits of Alex and Nadia) once again save the day?
