Cody Lee Carson had a terrible experience during a play in fourth grade - his pioneer suspenders quit holding up his pioneer pants, the pants dropped to his ankles, tangled his legs, and the next thing he knew, Cody was flying through the air like superman. Then he skidded to a stop right there in front of everybody - kids, teachers, parents - with his Tweety Bird underwear shining in the spotlight.
You can imagine how he was teased for weeks after that. He was considered a bad-luck kid, always messing up, getting caught in embarrassing situations, getting crummy grades, and missing recess for doing stuff he didn't really mean to do.
No more! That was the OLD Cody Lee Carson. Today another Cody Lee Carson has magically appeared! Over the summer, Cody and his family have moved to a brand new town. He threw away every pair of Looney Tunes underwear he had. He's starting in a brand new school, where no one knows about the embarrassing underwear incident. Today is the beginning of a new, improved, very COOL Cody Lee Carson. This is the journal of that new Cody.
Unfortunately, there is still an embarrassing underwear incident in Cody's future. Will he triumph over the Attack of the Mutant Underwear?
