Summer has once again been horrible for Harry at Number Four Privet Drive. Fearing the return of You-know-who, Harry is apprehensive about what is being done to oppose Voldemort. But, he has heard nothing all summer from any of his friends at the school, including Hermione and Ron, despite repeated attempts to contact them. Then, Harry is forced to use magic in order to save his life and that of his despicable cousin Dudley. Thus, he must face a hearing at the Ministry of Magic about his illicit use of Magic before he can even think about attending his fifth year at Hogwarts. When he finds out that forces are arising that question the credibility of his and Dumbledore’s accounts of the return of You-know-who, things go from bad to worse. To top it off, Hagrid has not returned from a secret mission.
